Dr. Mallen’s extensive training includes earning his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY, followed by a fellowship in adult reconstructive and biologic surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. He also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at New York Medical College, where he served as Chief Resident. His professional affiliations include Northwell Plainview Hospital, Northwell Syosset Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Hospital, among others.
