I hope that all is well with you and your staff. I am writing to let you know that I have had some personal issues concerning my elderly mother, who lives with my family. As a result of this time consuming commitment, I have not been able to manage continuing with my physical therapy. I have been carrying out the exercises as demonstrated by your competent therapist, and am happy to say that it has helped somewhat with my neck and back pain.
